These terms apply to services provided by Revive Marketing, including custom 3D printing of waveguides, speaker enclosures, prototypes, and other customer-supplied designs. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Quotes are based on the files, dimensions, quantities, materials, and specifications provided by the customer. Changes to project requirements may result in revised pricing. Orders are accepted once the quote is approved and required payment is received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions necessary to reproduce submitted designs. Customers retain ownership of their designs. Submitted files will only be used as necessary to prepare and fulfill the requested order.
3D printing is a manufacturing process. Minor variations in surface finish, layer lines, dimensions, color, and appearance may occur. These characteristics are normal and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Unless otherwise agreed, printed parts are supplied as printed and may require additional sanding, finishing, or assembly.
Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted designs, dimensions, material selections, and intended applications before approving an order. We do not provide engineering certification, acoustic validation, or structural safety testing unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for determining whether printed parts are suitable for their intended applications.
Payment instructions and amounts will be provided with the quote. Production will not begin until the required payment has been received and verified. Customers are responsible for submitting the correct payment amount.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Timing may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and order volume. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and schedules.
Because products are custom printed, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify an order.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications, contact us promptly with photographs and a description of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products are provided without additional express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Revive Marketing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use printed products. Liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service involved. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Customers may not submit designs that infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or are intended for unlawful or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse such orders.
We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply to future orders, subject to applicable law.
