One of the most important steps is to determine the specific goal(s) of your website or project. Is it to promote a product or service, to enhance internal communication and collaboration,.. This can be accomplished via email, Yahoo or Skype chat, whichever is best for you. This is also the step we ask you to provide us with all the relevant content for the project/website.
Design Conceptualization
Once we have accurate information, we can then decide the best ways to present it. Kick back, relax and enjoy your favorite latte'. We'll design 1 to 3 'concepts' for review, unless otherwise agreed. Direct & honest feedback is key to turning these into the final product. Please note: if no revisions are made within the 7 days, the primary concept will be used as the design proof.
Website Creation
Our design team begins developing your site. If you've chosen the Platinum Package we'll load all of your site content (which you'll need to provide to us), and organize it for efficient management. The Website creation process takes any where from 5 to 30 business days, depending upon the design needs.
Review & Revise
We'll make your site available to you for review. You'll have 5 days to submit a final set of changes to your content before the site is published or delivered. At this stage, only revisions to copy/text/image placement will be accepted, unless previously discussed.

Web Site Delivery / Launch
Your website is ready to GO LIVE! Whether or not you make revisions during the 5 day review and revision step, your design will be considered complete after those 5 days and will be delivered to you in one of two ways:
- If you've chosen one of our hosting packages we will 'enable' your site and provide all the login details to access your site and email.
or - If you already have a domain and web host we will upload and launch your site from the login details you provide us for that account.
or - If you your design is for an internal network, or you've purchased the Silver Package, we'll send you a link to access & download your files.
